In the past Chris has owned a very successful restaurant company, opened Canada's Wonderland, was Director of Ancillary Foodservices at Vancouver Community College, Expo 86 and worked in various restaurants in Canada. Chris has given many talks to the industry on topics from inventory control to "How to double your sales in four years". Chris is available to speak at your next corporate get together. Marie Dixon, Director of Operations Marie Dixon has worked in the hospitality industry for twenty five years as a consultant and as the Director of Marketing or Operations for Pizza Hut BC, Umbertino's and Canlan Ice Sports, joining the RO-I team three years ago. Throughout her career she developed and implemented many F&B inventory management programs and brings a wealth of expertise to ROI. Our Technicians R.O.I.'s technicians have experience with a variety of hospitality-related software and hardware. Our technicians mesh both a hospitality operations and computer background. |
